To date, HMSDC has broken the million-dollar mark in awarded scholarships to minority business owners. Scholarship recipients have attended classes at prestigious business schools across the United States, having acquired professional certifications and licenses to enhance their business credentials and have participated in other developmental programs deemed essential to their ability to manage and grow their business. This has been possible, only through the proceeds from the HMSDC Scholarship Fundraiser.
Interested in Applying?
Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the criteria established by the committee. Applications will be judged with equal emphasis on:
1) At least one year’s participation in HMSDC activities,
2) Potential for improvement,
3) Commitment of the candidate to attend
4) Educational preparation of candidate; and,
5) If the candidate participated in the tournament by Playing, Sponsoring, or Donating.

The proceeds from the HMSDC Scholarship Fundraiser will be used to fund the MBE Business Executive Scholarship Program. There are several sponsorship opportunities still available. The minimum sponsorship level is $100.
